Custom Sportswear Manufacturer Bangladesh for Teams, Clubs and Activewear Brands
A team kit is a promise made visible. Players judge it by comfort and durability, supporters by how it looks, and the club secretary by whether next season’s order matches this one exactly. Our sportswear lines handle the whole garment family – jerseys and training tops, shorts, tracksuits, warm-up wear and socks programmes through partner lines – so a club dresses every age group from one supplier, one shade standard and one artwork file. Quantities run from a single squad of twenty to league-wide programmes, and the construction standard does not change with the size of the order.
Custom Sportswear Fabric Options
- Polyester interlock and mesh at 140 to 180 GSM – the standard jersey fabrics, light with clean sublimation colour
- Moisture-wicking performance knits with four-way stretch for training and gym programmes
- Jacquard and engineered mesh panels for ventilation zones in premium kits
- Brushed tracksuit fleece and tricot for warm-up and travel wear in the same club colours
- Recycled polyester options for clubs and brands with a sustainability commitment
Fabrics are chosen with the sport in view – abrasion, stretch, sweat load and wash frequency differ between a football kit, a running vest and a school PE uniform, and the cloth should follow the use.
Sportswear Styles, Panels and Fits
Jerseys come in regular and athletic fits, with set-in or raglan sleeves, crew or V-neck collars, and side panels that carry the club’s second colour. Shorts are cut with an elasticated drawcord waist and the inseam length the sport expects; tracksuit tops and bottoms match the kit shades so the team arrives looking like one unit. Ladies and youth fits are graded as their own blocks, not scaled copies of the mens pattern, and goalkeeper and referee variants in clashing colours are a routine part of football programmes. Beyond the pitch, the same construction base covers training bibs, warm-up jackets, leggings and compression layers, so a club’s whole training wardrobe can be specified, coloured and delivered as one coherent programme instead of a patchwork of suppliers.
Sublimation, Panel Work and Kit Construction
Full-colour team designs are produced by sublimation, where the artwork becomes part of the fabric itself – sponsors, gradients, fades and patterns across the whole garment with nothing to crack or peel, ever. Panelled designs are cut and sewn from dyed fabrics where a classic look is wanted, and the two methods can be mixed across a range: sublimated match jerseys, dyed training wear, embroidered travel fleece. Seams on performance garments are finished flat where they meet skin under load, and stress points at the shoulder and side are reinforced for contact sports.
Names, Numbers and Sponsor Branding
Teamwear lives on its details: player names and numbers in the club typeface, sponsor marks placed to league rules, badges embroidered or heat-applied at the chest. Squad lists are produced player by player against your spreadsheet, double-checked before the run, and packed per player or per size as the club prefers. A wrong number is a wrong garment, so the list is treated as part of the specification, proofed back to you before production and checked again at packing. Club crests with fine detail are sampled first in both embroidery and print, and the club chooses from the real result.
Custom Sizes, Fits and Colours
Size runs cover youth ages through adult 3XL, with the tall and relaxed variants team sports demand. Colours are the club’s own: sublimation matches artwork files directly, dyed fabrics are lab-dipped to swatch or Pantone, and the approved standard is held on file so a kit ordered three seasons apart hangs together on the rail and on the pitch. Away and third colours are planned in the same run where a league requires them, sharing the fabric booking and the artwork setup.
Sportswear Sampling and Design Approval
Every custom programme starts with a full sample kit piece – jersey first – made in the production fabric with the real artwork at full size. Clubs approve colour, fit and print placement from the physical piece and from studio photographs we supply for committee decisions. Where a design is still a drawing, our studio prepares the production artwork, checks it against the size range so a design that works on a medium does not break on a 3XL, and proofs it back before sampling. Only the approved sample becomes the standard for the run.
Quality Assurance and Production Follow-Up
Performance fabrics are checked for weight, stretch and colour before cutting; sublimation is proofed panel by panel against the artwork; finished kits are measured, and names and numbers are verified against the squad list at final inspection, not before it. AQL inspection closes every order, results and photographs go to the buyer as routine, and one named contact follows the programme so a club in the UK or a school in Canada always knows the position of its kit against its season start.
Sportswear for Schools, Leagues and Corporate Games
Schools buy durability and easy reordering across year groups; adult leagues buy identity and a kit that survives a season of weekly washing; corporate games and charity events buy a sharp-looking one-off that still has to arrive on a fixed date. The same production base serves all three, with the specification tuned per buyer – heavier fabric and reinforced seams for school wear, full custom design for leagues, fast-turnaround sublimation for events. Several buyers run an annual programme where the design stays fixed and only the squad list changes.
Why Source Custom Sportswear from Bangladesh?
Bangladesh gives a sportswear buyer knitting, dyeing, sublimation and sewing inside one industrial base, which keeps custom kits affordable at quantities where many producers stop being interested. The sewing skill for panelled, multi-fabric garments is deep here, export routines to the USA, Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East and East Asia are daily practice, and lead times suit the reality of sport: a kit approved in the close season, delivered before the first match, with a reorder route that stays open all year.
Why Choose Siatex Bangladesh?
We have manufactured in Bangladesh since 1987, and teamwear is one of the most satisfying parts of our output because it comes back – clubs reorder, schools reorder, and the file we hold makes every reorder exact. One team manages your fabrics, artwork, squad lists and packing; nothing is split between strangers; and the standard approved at sampling is the standard checked at the final inspection. Programmes that also need casual teamwear will find the same colour discipline on our hoodie sweatshirts line, made for the same clubs in the same shades.
Looking for a Custom Sportswear Manufacturer Bangladesh?
Send the design (or the idea), the sport, the quantities and the size run, and we will return a price per kit, a sampling plan and a schedule built around your season. If the artwork is not ready, say so early – we can hold the fabric and the production slot while the design is finished.

Sublimation vs Cut-and-Sew – Which Kit Construction Suits the Design?
Sublimation prints the design into the cloth, so it carries anything a designer can draw – fades, photographs, patterns that continue across seams – with zero added weight and nothing that can peel. Its home is polyester fabric, and its colours are the brightest available in teamwear. Cut-and-sew builds the design from dyed panels: a more classic, tailored look, a firmer hand feel, and the option of cotton blends, at the cost of more sewing operations and a design limited to panel shapes. Many strong kits use both – a sublimated match shirt with cut-and-sew training and travel wear in the same colours. Choose by the design first and the fabric second, and sample the winning route before the run.
Building a Size Run That Actually Fits a Squad
A squad is not a retail size curve. Youth teams cluster at the small end with a long tail of adult sizes for coaches; adult amateur teams cluster large; school programmes must cover every child in a year group, including the two who fit nothing standard. We build the run from your actual list wherever you have one, advise a spare ratio for late joiners, and pack per team or per player so distribution on the first training night takes minutes. Holding the pattern and shade file means next season’s top-up sizes match the originals – the new under-12s look like the same club as the first team, which is rather the point. For schools, we also hold the size-by-year pattern so a new intake can be kitted in the first week of term without a fresh measuring exercise.
Numbers, Names and League Rules – Getting the Details Right
Competitions regulate more than buyers expect: number sizes and positions, sponsor areas, even which colours may clash. We work from the current rules of your league where you share them, proof the full name and number layout back as a list before printing, and keep a photographic record of each player’s garment in bulk programmes. Reorders for a single replacement shirt – the lost number 9 – run from the same artwork file at the same standard, so the replacement is invisible among the originals. It is unglamorous work, and it is most of what makes a kit supplier worth keeping.
