Sportswear Manufacturer Bangladesh for Clubs, Schools and Sports Brands
Every sportswear buyer is purchasing performance that lasts a season, not a photo shoot. The club needs thirty kits in one shade with numbers that do not crack; the school needs the same kit available for next year’s intake; the sports brand needs its training range to perform in reviews, not just in the studio. That is a discipline of making: performance fabrics chosen per sport, sublimation and print work set as a system, sizes graded for athletes in motion – and it is how our sportswear lines are run, as standing programmes rather than one-off orders.
The Sportswear Range We Manufacture
- Team jerseys – football, basketball, cricket and multi-sport shirts with sublimation designs
- Training tops and gym t-shirts – breathable performance knits with mesh panels
- Tank tops and singlets – gym, running and athletics styles
- Sports shorts and leggings – training, match and studio styles with secure waistbands
- Warm-up hoodies and fleece – team travel and training layers matched to the kit
Every style is knitted or sourced, dyed, cut and sewn under one programme roof, so a club order mixing jerseys, shorts and warm-up fleece is planned as one order with one shade standard and one print standard across the kit.
Fits, Bodies and Size Ranges
Sportswear fits are graded for movement – athletic, regular and relaxed bodies, each tested for reach, stretch and recovery rather than measured standing still. Adult sizes run XS to 3XL, youth and school sizes in the age bands, with ladies fits patterned on ladies blocks rather than scaled from the men’s kit. Panels are placed where bodies actually bend and sweat: mesh at the back and underarm, stretch where the shoulder rotates, length that stays tucked or covers as the sport demands. A club’s or brand’s own chart can be adopted and held on file, so this season’s kit and next season’s are the same kit.
Making Craft – Moisture Management, Mesh and Flat Seams
Performance is built, not printed on a label. We choose wicking polyester and blended knits per sport and per climate, place ventilation mesh where heat builds, and finish seams flat so nothing chafes across a match or a marathon training session. Waistbands on shorts and leggings are built to stay in place through sprinting and stretching, with drawstrings finished safely inside the channel. Collar and cuff constructions are matched to the sport – a football collar takes a season of pulling, a gym tank’s binding takes a season of washing – and every construction choice is recorded on the style’s specification.
Custom Printing, Sublimation and Team Branding
Sportswear branding is the product: full-sublimation jerseys with the design in the fabric itself, chest sponsors and crests, names and numbers on backs, and embroidered badges where a premium kit asks for them. Sublimation is colour-matched across the whole kit – the shorts’ side panel and the jersey’s body read as one design – and numbers are applied to survive the wash count a season delivers. Buyers developing a full club story often run kits beside our custom sportswear programme, where bespoke designs, fabrics and trims are developed style by style.
Custom Sizes, Colours and Programme Planning
Team colours are identity, so they are treated as standards, not shades: club colours are matched to the club’s reference – a garment, a Pantone, a previous season’s kit – approved before production and held on file for every reorder. Core training colours – black, navy, royal, red, grey marl and white – run as standard, with sublimation carrying any design a club can draw. Programmes are planned around seasons and school years: kit first, training wear with it, warm-up layers for the cold months, all from one file so nothing drifts between deliveries.
Sportswear Sampling and Product Development
Samples are made in the production fabric with the production print method, finished as the bulk will be, because a kit can only be judged in the sport – trained in, washed, trained in again. Clubs receive sizing sets where a squad is being kitted, and comments on fit, fabric weight and print feel are turned into revised samples before the season’s order is approved. The approved pieces – with fabric swatches, print standards and trim cards – become the references the bulk is checked against at final inspection, and the file that next season reorders from.
Quality Assurance and Production Follow-Up
Fabric is checked for weight, wicking finish and shade before cutting; prints and sublimation are matched against the approved standard under standard light; finished garments are measured, stretched and inspected for the faults sportswear shows first – cracked numbers, mesh in the wrong place, waistbands that travel, shades drifting across a squad set. Kit orders are checked as sets, not as loose garments. Final AQL inspection closes each style, with photographs and results shared to buyers in Europe, the USA and beyond as a matter of routine.
Sportswear for Clubs, Schools, Gyms and Brands
Clubs buy identity and continuity – the same kit, in the same colours, available every season and in every size the squad needs. Schools buy durability and value across hundreds of pupils and several school years. Gyms and sports brands buy performance their members and customers will review honestly. One production standard serves all three when the fabrics, the print standards and the fit files are held properly – and the training layer of many programmes is drawn from the same library as our tank tops and gym staples.
Why Source Sportswear from Bangladesh?
Bangladesh offers deep knitwear manufacturing in one place – knitting, dyeing, sublimation printing, cutting and sewing – which keeps a full kit programme economical instead of letting freight on every garment eat the budget. The country’s sewing depth shows in the operations sportswear demands most: panel construction, flat seaming, print and number application, and set-checking at volume across many sizes at once. Add export routines proven daily into the USA, Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East and East Asia, and a season’s kit can be planned on dates that hold.
Why Choose Siatex Bangladesh?
We have manufactured in Bangladesh since 1987, and sportswear is a standing line in our factory with its own fabric and print disciplines. Your programme sits with one team from fabric booking to final carton; the colours, print standards and fit charts are recorded as one programme file; and the samples you approved are physically present at the inspection of the bulk. A sportswear programme with us is not a series of separate orders – it is one standard of performance, held across every season it reorders.
Looking for a Sportswear Manufacturer Bangladesh?
Send the designs, the sports and the quantities, and we will return prices per style, fabric options for the performance level you need and a sampling plan. If the order is a club kit, send the colours as they stand – we will sample the jersey first, in the exact shades, because a kit is judged by thirty players wearing it at once.

Sublimation Done Properly – Colour That Lives in the Fabric
Sublimation is the making or breaking of a modern kit. Done properly, the design is dyed into the polyester itself – it cannot crack, peel or fade at the edges, and a complex club design costs no more to produce than a plain one. Done carelessly, colours shift between the body and the sleeves, whites grey at the seams, and the squad photographs as two teams. The discipline is calibration and custody: colour profiles set per fabric, strike-offs approved under standard light, and the approved file held so next season’s kit is printed from the same numbers, not re-matched by eye. Ask any sportswear supplier for last season’s file discipline before you ask for a price.
Wicking Is a Finish With a Lifespan – Specifying Performance Honestly
Moisture management is real, and it is not magic. A wicking knit moves sweat by its fibre structure and finish, and some finishes wash down over a season while the structure keeps working. Honest sportswear specifying separates the two: the base performance the fabric keeps for the garment’s life, and the added finish whose level is maintained by correct washing. We spec fabrics by what they still do after thirty washes, not by the first-wear demonstration, and we tell buyers which is which. Any supplier can promise performance for a photograph; ask what remains after a season of laundry. The same honesty applies in reverse: we will tell a buyer when a cheaper cotton-rich fabric is the right answer for their use, and when it is not.
Kits Are Checked as Squads, Not as Garments
A single jersey can pass every check while the kit still fails – because kits fail comparatively: one player’s shirt a half-shade warmer, one number placed a centimetre lower, one pair of shorts cut from a different lot. Our kit inspection therefore works in sets: the full squad’s garments laid together under standard light, shades compared across the set, number positions measured across the set, sizes checked as a run. Buyers kitting a team should ask how sets are verified, not just how garments are inspected – the photograph of the team line-up is the true quality document.
