Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal details Siatex Bangladesh collects through this website, why we collect them, how they are used, and the choices you have. Siatex is a clothing manufacturer based in Dhaka - our about us page describes the company - and this site is how buyers in the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia first reach our desk.
The principle is simple: we collect as little as a working reply requires. A name so we know who we are answering, a way to reach you, and the details of what you want made. We never sell personal details to anyone, and we do not build advertising profiles of the people who visit this site.
Six sections follow: what we collect, how it is used, what we never do, who else processes details on our behalf, how long details are kept, and your rights - including how to have your details corrected or deleted.

How Siatex Bangladesh Handles Your Personal Details
Everything below describes the site’s actual practice. If a situation is not covered, the principle above decides it: collect little, use it for what it was sent for, share it with no one who does not need it.
1. What We Collect
When you send the contact form, submit an inquiry or request a quotation, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number where you give it, your country, and the content of your message, including the products and quantities you ask about. The inquiry cart adds the items you selected, so the desk can see exactly which products your message refers to.
When you join the WhatsApp list through the form on this site, we receive the number you enter and the country code you select. That is all joining requires – no name, no email, no company details are asked for or stored against the number.
Our hosting and security providers keep ordinary technical logs of visits – the pages requested, the time, and the network address a visit came from. Those logs exist to keep the site secure and working, and they are not used to identify or profile individual visitors.
If you build a quotation request in the inquiry cart, the list of styles you selected travels with your message, together with any notes you add to it. Nothing is stored against your name before you send it: the cart is a drafting tool, and it becomes a record only at the moment you choose to submit it.
2. How Your Details Are Used
Details from a form or inquiry are used to answer you: to cost and sample the products you asked about, to prepare and manage an order if one follows, and to handle the correspondence around it. While a relationship continues, your details sit in the order file for your programme beside the specifications and records the desk works from.
A number on the WhatsApp list is used only for the list itself: occasional product, capability and factory updates of the kind described when you joined. It is not added to inquiry correspondence, and joining the list does not start a sales conversation – if you want one, the contact routes are there whenever you choose them.
3. What We Never Do
We do not sell, rent or trade personal details, in any quantity, to anyone. We do not pass your details to other manufacturers, agents or marketers, and we do not use details sent for one purpose – a quotation, say – as a licence to send unrelated marketing.
Client programmes are confidential as a matter of policy in their commercial detail as well: your designs, prices and order particulars are not disclosed to other buyers, as our clients page sets out. A supplier careless with one client’s information would be careless with yours, and the rule is applied the same way to everyone.
4. Who Else Processes Details
Running the site and the correspondence involves a small number of service providers: the messaging and email systems that deliver your inquiry to our desk and our reply to you, and the hosting and security services that keep the site online and protect it. Each receives only what its part of the work requires.
Where an order follows, one more group is involved: the logistics partners who need a contact name and a delivery address to move your goods. They receive the delivery details for that shipment and nothing about your wider programme, your prices or your other orders.
5. How Long Details Are Kept
Inquiry details are kept while the conversation and any programme that follows are active, and for a reasonable period afterwards – for records, for the repeat orders that most programmes become, and for the legal obligations any trading business carries. Keeping the order file is also what lets a reorder start from your standards instead of from a blank page.
WhatsApp list numbers are kept until you leave the list or ask for removal, and no longer. Technical visit logs are held by our providers for the shorter periods their security work requires, after which they are rotated away in the ordinary course of their systems.
Deletion and keeping balance each other deliberately. A record needed for a live programme is kept; a record whose purpose has ended is not hoarded against some hypothetical future use, and anything you ask us to delete is deleted from the working records described here.
6. Your Rights and Contact
You may ask at any time what details we hold about you, ask for them to be corrected, or ask for them to be deleted, through our contact us page. We answer such requests promptly and honestly, and a deletion request is applied to live records without argument. You may leave the WhatsApp list at any time simply by telling us.
This is a trade website for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect details from children or direct our forms at them. We may update this policy as our services change; the current version is the one published on this page. Our approach to messages generally is set out in our anti spam policy, and the site’s terms and conditions govern the use of the website as a whole.
Your Privacy Rights With Siatex Bangladesh
Three practical questions cover most of what buyers ask about their details once the policy itself is clear: how to see what we hold, how leaving a list actually works, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Asking What We Hold About You
Write to us through the contact page and say what you would like to know. Because most of what we hold arrived in your own messages, the answer is usually quick: the details from your inquiries, the order file for your programme if one exists, and whether your number sits on the WhatsApp list. Buyers in the Netherlands, Spain, Denmark and South Korea are handled under exactly the same practice as buyers anywhere else.
Corrections follow the same route. If a detail is wrong – a changed number, a misspelled name, a colleague who has moved on – tell us and the record is corrected at the source, so the next reply does not repeat the error.
Leaving the WhatsApp List
Leaving takes one message: reply on WhatsApp, or write through the contact page with the number to remove. The number comes off the list, the removal is confirmed, and nothing is kept back on a reserve list in case you change your mind. If you later want the updates again, joining again is the same one-minute form as the first time.
Leaving the list changes nothing else. An inquiry conversation or a live order continues exactly as before, on the details that conversation itself needs.
If Something Goes Wrong
If you believe a detail of yours was used wrongly – a message you did not expect, a reply sent to the wrong address – tell us first and we will put it right: check what happened, correct the record, and tell you what we found. Mistakes in a busy correspondence do happen; the measure of a privacy policy is what occurs next, and ours is written to be tested.
That is the whole arrangement: little collected, used for what it was sent for, never sold, and removable on request. It is the same standard we would want from anyone holding our own details.
One final point: this policy is reviewed whenever the site or our services change, and the version published on this page is the one that applies. If a change ever widened what we collect, it would say so here, in plain words, before it took effect.
