Anti Spam Policy
Siatex Bangladesh does not send spam. This page states, plainly and permanently, who receives email and messages from us, what those messages contain, and how to stop them. Siatex is a clothing manufacturer in Dhaka - our about us page describes the company - and nearly everything we send is a reply to somebody who wrote to us first.
The rule behind the page is short: we message people who contacted us, people managing an order with us, and people who expressly asked to hear from us. Nobody else. If a message from us ever falls short of this policy, tell us and we will correct it - the contact route is at the foot of this page.
Six sections follow: who receives messages, what we send, what we never do, how to stop messages, how the WhatsApp list in particular works, and what to do if a message reaches you in error.

No Spam: How Siatex Bangladesh Handles Email and Messages
Most of this page describes habits rather than technology, because spam is a behaviour before it is a filter problem. The habits are auditable: ask us about any message and we can tell you why it was sent.
1. Who Receives Messages From Us
We write to three groups only. First, people who contacted us: anyone who sent the contact form, submitted an inquiry, requested a quotation or emailed us directly receives our reply and the follow-up that conversation needs. Second, people managing an order with us, who receive the production and shipping updates their programme requires – the relationships described on our clients page.
Third, people who opted in: anyone who joined the WhatsApp list through the form on this site, or who expressly asked to receive our updates, receives those updates. Nobody is added to any list because their address was found, bought, exchanged or guessed, and an inquiry is never treated as permission to join a list on someone’s behalf.
Factories and partners in our chain do not receive your address from us for their own messaging. Where a partner must reach you directly – a courier arranging a sample delivery, for example – the introduction is made openly, for that purpose, and it does not become a channel for anyone else’s marketing.
2. What We Send
Replies and order correspondence are about your own inquiry or programme and nothing else: a costing against your specification, a sample update, a production report, a shipping notice. They are written by the desk handling your work, addressed to you by name where we have it, and signed by a person you can reply to.
List messages are different in kind and are kept rare: occasional updates about products, capabilities and factory news of the kind described at the point of joining, written for trade buyers. They are never sent on behalf of third parties, and they never carry another company’s advertising.
Every message also makes its reason plain at the start: a reply to your inquiry, an update on your order, or the list update itself. A reader should never have to wonder why we wrote, and a message whose reason is not plain has failed this policy before it reaches any filter.
3. What We Never Do
We never buy, rent or borrow mailing lists. We never send bulk unsolicited email. We never sell or pass on the addresses and numbers entrusted to us, and we never disguise who a message is from or why it was sent.
The addresses published on this site are protected against harvesting by bots, precisely so that writing to us stays a deliberate act by a person. We ask visitors to reach us through the site’s form in the same spirit.
We also protect the conversation itself. Correspondence about your programme goes to the addresses you gave us for it, and nowhere else; a forwarded thread that leaks one buyer’s business to another is treated here as a breach of this policy, not as an office accident.
4. Stopping Messages
Any list message can be stopped at once: reply to it and say so, message us on the same WhatsApp number, or write through our contact us page. Removal is applied promptly and without argument, and the address is not kept on any shadow list afterwards.
Order correspondence for a live programme continues only while the programme needs it, and it ends with the programme. If you would rather a conversation moved to a different address or a different colleague, say so and the record is changed at the source.
Removal is also permanent in the practical sense: an address taken off the list is flagged, so it is not quietly re-added by a later import or an old spreadsheet. Joining again is always possible – but it must be your act, never our assumption.
5. The WhatsApp List in Particular
Joining the list is a deliberate act: you enter your own number in the form on this site and submit it. The number is stored for the list alone, used only for list messages, and never shared, as our privacy policy also states. Leaving is as simple as joining – one message to us and the number comes off.
The list exists because many buyers prefer a short message to an inbox. It carries the same updates an email subscriber would receive, in shorter form, and it obeys the same rule: sent sparingly, only to people who asked for it, stopped the moment they ask.
Membership is never a condition of anything: prices, samples and production slots do not depend on being on the list, and leaving it changes nothing about how an inquiry or an order is handled.
6. If You Received a Message in Error
If you received a message from us and believe you should not have – a mistyped number, a forwarded address, any mistake – tell us through our contact us page. We will remove the address, check how it was reached, and correct the cause rather than only the instance.
This policy changes only to strengthen it. The current version is the one published here, and the use of the site generally is covered by our terms and conditions.
Anti Spam Practice for Buyers in the USA, UK, Germany and Australia
Three background notes complete the policy: where the addresses we hold actually come from, how often list messages arrive in practice, and what to do if a message using our name was not sent by us.
Where Our Addresses Come From
Every address and number we hold arrived the same way: somebody typed it into one of this site’s forms, wrote to us directly, or asked us in conversation to keep in touch. There is no other source – no purchased data, no scraped directories, no exchanges with other companies – and buyers in France, Italy, Sweden and Japan are on our lists by exactly the same route as buyers anywhere else.
That single-source rule is what makes the rest of the policy easy to keep. A permission that was never given cannot quietly expire or be stretched, because it was recorded once, clearly, at the moment it was given.
How Often List Messages Arrive
Sparingly. The list is a trade channel, not a broadcast schedule: messages are sent when there is something a buyer would genuinely want to know – a new capability in production, a range addition, a factory development – and not to fill a calendar. Weeks can pass between messages, and that gap is deliberate.
If the messages ever feel frequent, the stopping rule on this page is the whole remedy: one reply and they end. We would rather lose a subscriber than become part of the noise this policy exists to refuse.
If Our Name Is Misused
Occasionally a message may claim to be from a company without being sent by it. A genuine message from Siatex comes from our own domain or our official WhatsApp channel, is addressed to you in the context of a conversation you recognise, and never asks for passwords, payment details by message, or anything unrelated to garment trade.
If a message using our name asks for anything of that kind, it is not from us: do not reply to it, and if you can, forward the details through the contact page so we can act on the misuse.
The policy is deliberately stricter than the law alone would require in most markets, because trust is the asset a sourcing relationship runs on. If our practice ever changes, this page changes first – and the stricter version is the one we hold ourselves to in the meantime.
