Fashionwear Manufacturer Bangladesh for Private Label Buyers, Wholesalers and Retail Buyers
Fashionwear manufacturer Bangladesh buyers work to seasons and stories, not stock lists. A fashion collection usually mixes dresses with blouses, tops and co-ordinated bottoms that must share prints, colours and fabric bases across the whole story.
The range we manufacture for private label and wholesale programmes covers:
- Fashion dresses in woven and jersey fabrics
- Blouses and fashion tops with custom necklines and sleeves
- Co-ord sets and two-piece outfits
- Skirts in woven, jersey and pleated styles
- Jumpsuits and playsuits
- Fashion trousers, culottes and wide-leg pants
- Occasion and evening-led fashion styles
Every style is developed to your tech pack, artwork and measurement chart. The ladies’ fashion range builds directly on our women’s clothing programme, so buyers running both a core range and a fashion range keep one fit and quality standard across them.
Fashionwear Fabric Options
Fashionwear fabric options change with every collection, so we source woven and knitted bases against the design, the print and the price point:
- Viscose and rayon challis for soft draped dresses and blouses
- Chiffon and georgette for layered, floaty styles
- Satin and crepe for occasion and evening ranges
- Cotton voile and cambric for summer collections
- Linen and linen blends for natural summer stories
- Cotton spandex jersey for fitted fashion tops
- Single jersey and interlock for jersey dresses
- Pleated and textured fashion fabrics
- Lace, embroidered and sequinned feature fabrics
- Buyer-developed prints on woven and jersey bases
- Other buyer-specified fabrics developed to order
Composition, weight and colour are all customisable. Prints are struck off on the actual base fabric before bulk, because the same artwork reads differently on challis, chiffon and jersey, and every fabric lot is checked for shade continuity.
Light woven bases carry summer dresses and blouses, satin and crepe carry occasion stories, and jersey bases carry the everyday fashion volume. Tell us the collection and the season and we will match the fabric to the design.
OEM/ODM Private Label Fashionwear Production
OEM/ODM private label fashionwear production starts from your tech pack or your reference garment. Our merchandisers study the specification, artwork, print files and measurement chart, cost the style honestly against the fabric options, and flag anything that could affect price or quality before sampling starts.
Under your own label we prepare woven main labels, printed neck labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags, barcode stickers and branded trims, and pack each garment the way your retail or online channel needs it. Nothing carries our name; the product leaves Bangladesh entirely under your brand.
The Fashion Craft – Drape, Print Placement and Finishing Detail
Fashionwear succeeds or fails on details the customer feels rather than sees listed: how a dress drapes, where a print sits on the body, whether a neckline lies flat and how clean the inside of the garment looks.
We develop each style on your fit block, place prints and borders against the pattern pieces rather than the flat cloth, and finish seams to the standard your price point promises. Bias-cut and delicate fabrics are handled by experienced lines, delicate trims are secured and tested, and every style is pressed and checked as a finished garment, not only as sewing work.
Co-ordinated bottoms in a fashion story are made to the same colour and print standard as our leggings and trouser lines, so a set bought together matches when it reaches the rail.
Custom Prints, Embroidery and Branding
Custom prints, embroidery and branding carry a fashion collection’s identity. We work with rotary and flat screen printing, digital printing for detailed artwork, placement prints, all-over prints, machine embroidery, lace application, sequin and bead work through specialist partners, and heat transfer and DTF for jersey styles.
You supply the artwork, print files, Pantone references and placement instructions. We return a strike-off on the production fabric and a made-up sample for approval, and bulk printing starts only after you sign it off – the same approval discipline our rompers and fashion lines share.
Fashionwear Sampling and Product Development
Fashionwear sampling and product development follow the order your collection will be sold in. We make initial samples from your tech pack, fit samples on your measurement chart and fit model feedback, print and embroidery samples, colour samples on lab-dipped fabric, size-set samples across the full size range and a pre-production sample in the exact bulk fabric and trims.
Each round is measured and reported back to you, comments are applied, and bulk production starts only after the pre-production sample is approved. Fashion calendars are tight, so sampling rounds are scheduled against your range plan from the first day.
Custom Colours, Sizes, Fits and Size Ranges
Custom colours, sizes, fits and size ranges are set by you, not by a stock list. Colours and prints are matched to your standards and held across reorders and across the styles of one story, so the blouse and the skirt dye and print to the same shade.
Sizes follow your own measurement charts and grading for women’s and girls’ blocks, in regular, petite, tall and plus size ranges where your market needs them. Girls’ fashion styles are graded with the same care as our kids’ clothing programme, with safety rules for cords and trims applied by market.
Quality Assurance and Production Follow-Up
Quality assurance and production follow-up run from the first fabric roll to the final carton. Inline and end-line checks cover fabric and shade, print placement and quality, measurements against the chart, stitching and workmanship, trim security, labels and trims, pressing and final presentation, and packing.
Our merchandisers follow the order daily and report progress to you at each stage, so a delay or a fabric issue reaches you while it can still be corrected, not after the goods ship.
Custom Labels and Packaging
Custom labels and packaging finish the product as your brand. The set includes woven main labels, printed neck labels, size labels, care and composition labels, hangtags with your artwork, barcode and price stickers, branded buttons and woven badges where the design calls for them.
Packing is coordinated with you: single polybag or folded without plastic, ratio or solid packing, branded inserts, tissue and sticker finishing for online orders, and carton markings for your warehouse or fulfilment centre.
Why Source Fashionwear from Bangladesh?
Bangladesh is one of the world’s largest clothing exporters, and its fashion capacity has grown well beyond basics: woven dresses, blouses and printed collections are now a major part of what the country ships every season.
For a fashion buyer in the USA or Germany that means fabric and print choice in depth, skilled sewing labour for delicate styles and export experience with your market’s labelling and testing rules, at production costs that keep a fashion programme competitive. The UK and Canada buy Bangladesh-made fashionwear in volume for the same reasons, and collections developed here ship each season to Japan and the UAE.
Why Choose Siatex Bangladesh?
Siatex Bangladesh has supplied private label clothing since 1987. One merchandising team handles your whole collection, from the first strike-off to the export documents, so nothing is lost between departments and the styles of a story stay consistent with each other.
We work only to buyer specification: your fabrics, your prints, your colours, your fits, your labels. Collections repeat season after season with many of our buyers because the blocks, shades and quality stay consistent, and because problems are reported early and honestly.

Developing a Seasonal Fashion Collection
A seasonal collection usually starts with a mood board, a colour story and a set of reference garments or sketches. We translate that into a style list with fabric bases assigned to each design, then sample the key styles first so fit, print and colour decisions are made on real garments early in the calendar.
Because the styles of one story share fabrics and prints, development is sequenced as a group: one print approved on its base fabric releases several styles at once. This keeps the collection consistent and shortens the total sampling time compared with developing every style in isolation.
Fit is settled the same way. One approved block per garment type – the dress block, the blouse block, the trouser block – carries across the story with neckline, sleeve and length variations built on top of it. That is how a twelve-style collection keeps one recognisable fit identity while every piece still looks like its own design.
Prints – From Artwork File to Production Fabric
Print quality is decided before bulk begins. Your artwork is checked for repeat size and colour count, matched to the printing method that suits the fabric, and struck off on the actual base cloth. Colours are read under standard light against your Pantone or physical standard, because a print that looks right on screen can shift on chiffon or satin.
Placement prints are positioned on the pattern pieces, not the flat fabric, so the design sits where the designer intended on every size. All-over prints are checked for repeat alignment at the seams on the pre-production sample, and only then is bulk printing released.
How a Fashionwear Order Moves from Sample to Shipment
An order starts with your tech pack, fabric choices and print files. We cost each style, make first samples, and send measurements and photographs for your comments. After fit approval, strike-offs and colour samples follow, then pre-production samples in the exact bulk fabrics and trims.
Bulk production runs with inline checks at sewing and finishing, a final inspection against your tolerance including pressing and presentation, and packing to your carton specification. Export documents are prepared with the shipment, and the merchandising team reports each stage to you until the goods leave Bangladesh. Reorders and repeat prints follow the same approved file, so a bestselling style can be remade to the same standard in a new colourway.
